Khan blamed India's ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for "whipping up war hysteria" over claims that India shot down a Pakistani F-16 during the February standoff. "This public gimmick appears to be a call to Pakistan-based terrorists to undertake a terror attack in India", Kumar said.

Earlier, Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said India was planning to attack Pakistan after staging a "mishap" in Jammu and Kashmir and this could happen between April 16 and 20. "According to our information, the action could be taken between April 16-20", the paper quoted Qureshi as saying.

Pakistan has denied any role in the suicide bombing and Prime Minister Imran Khan offered cooperation in the investigation if credible evidence was provided by India.

India added that Pakistan has been advised to use established diplomatic and DGMO channels to share any actionable and credible intelligence it has about imminent terror attacks and warned that it reserves the right to respond firmly and decisively to any cross border terrorist attack.

Addressing the media in Multan, the foreign minister said, "I am speaking responsibly, I hold a position of responsibility, and I know the words I utter will be picked up by the global media". "And its goal will be to justify their [India's] offensive against Pakistan and to increase diplomatic pressure against Islamabad". Although the attack was initially claimed by a Kashmiri youth, the Jaish-e-Mohammad later took responsibility for it.

Zinedine Zidane opens up about Raphael Varane Real Madrid exit
Asked about reports that defender Raphael Varane had told teammates he wanted to leave, Zidane said: "He has said nothing to me. It's going to be pretty clear".

The minister, who was visiting his hometown of Multan on Sunday, told journalists that Pakistan shared its concerns with the five permanent members of the UN Security Council.

From Lahore, they would be taken to the Wagah Border for handover to the Indian authorities, it said. Two weeks later, Indian warplanes conducted an air raid on Pakistani territory, targeting what India said was a training camp of the militant group which claimed credit for the attack.

Qureshi also criticised the global community for remaining silent over Indian aggression against Pakistan on February 26.

Meanwhile, the Foreign Office (FO) summoned the Indian deputy high commissioner to protest New Delhi's alleged plan to carry out further military action against Pakistan.

Pakistan warned Sunday that rival India is planning to launch a fresh military assault against the country, calling for the worldwide community's urgent diplomatic intervention to deter New Delhi from endangering regional peace and stability.
