  • Details on how much guaranteed money De Sean Jackson will get in restructured deal with Eagles

It's been five years since Jackson left the Philadelphia Eagles for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

According to Jenna Laine of ESPN, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are actively looking to deal disgruntled wide receiver DeSean Jackson. Per NBC Sports Philadelphia, the Eagles have traded a 2019 sixth-round pick and a 2020 seventh-round to land Jackson.

Now, with free agency approaching, it seems like the team is back to moving on from Jackson. Also used extensively as a punt returner early in his career, he took four punts back for touchdowns in his first three seasons with the Eagles.

The Eagles agreed to re-work Jackson's contract with a deal that is expected to be worth $27 million over three years, according to a source.

Jackson, 32, is in the final year of his contract with the Bucs that will pay him $10-million in 2019.

According to the plan, Chinese inflation will accelerate to about 3 percent this year from 2.1 percent in 2018. The Work Report is a fixture of the Two Sessions , which in most years is China's biggest political event.

Trading Jackson frees up $10 million in salary-cap space for the Bucs, who had less than $3.5 million in cap room entering the legal tampering period. He averaged 18.9 yards per catch last season, despite the turmoil at the quarterback position in Tampa Bay last season.

And previous year, they looked to Mike Wallace, but he suffered an injury two games in.

He was voted to three Pro Bowls during his six-year tenure with the Eagles.

Malik Jackson nearly certainly won't be the only top-of-the-roster player added in free agency.
